Able at Home Care offers daily care for a range of learning disabilities, with care plans that include showering, taking a bath, getting dressed and getting ready for bed. Our carers can also help with personal grooming; shaving or brushing hair.
We can typically prepare a hot meal and a drink, provide support and administer medication, whilst making sure the home is safe & secure before they go to sleep.
